Good place to stay. Modern, comfortable, good equipped. But you have to know that there is the school an opposite of the apartment so every morning and during the day, every 40 min you will have to listen to the bell (originally a song) the volume is very high, the windows rattle every time. Also every very early morning, afternoons and evenings you will have to listen to 5 times a day how the muezzin from the minaret of the mosque calls the faithful to prayer (load event to be honest). Just be notified about this issues, especially those who needs to stay at home all day along (remote workers, family with infants/toddlers etc.)

We booked the apartment in the newin company. I was very happy and comfortable in the clean apartment, which is equipped with all kitchen appliances. We thank Mr. Hozan very much for his kindness and answering all our questions, and he was available whenever we needed him. Thank you dear Hozan and we will be back again

Our stay at your property is not even near memorable. It's been a crazy experience from the moment we entered the apartment. No AC in whole apartment which is not meantioned, No sofabed, no blankets no toiletries, what else can we say.

Great Apartments. Most of these are on Airbnb. Amazing gym, sauna and receptionist. Local to Petrol stations and small shops with daily essentials . Nothing else nearby except a small cafe but great if you don’t mind getting a taxi to supermarket. Inside apartments are great, furnished well and super clean.

Nice apartments, nice sauna, price was good too. While staying here they never changed sheets/ cleaned up. And kitchen stuff was very poor. Only 2 cups for coffee eg. A little bit loud when it’s rush hour traffic outside. But hey, it is in Istanbul. The city that never sleeps 😏 In sum I would give 3,5 stars.
